Description
The “Garganta do Cabo” cave is part of the “Cabo Espichel”.Program:
Morning – Theory and practice of vertical maneuvers and techniques.
Afternoon – Visit to the cave, with a heart pumping entry, causing strong sensations due to its high difficulty level.
Progression inside the cave is done through reasonably sized passages.
There are some narrower, more difficult ones but still feasible.
Note: Participants mush bring a food reinforcement (example: cereal bar, fruit, juice, etc). You are responsible for bringing your own lunch.
